Our current focus is West Baltimore, from Druid Heights and Upton east through Madison Park, Bolton Hill, State Center, Midtown and Mount Vernon, bounded by North Avenue to the north and I-83 to the east. These neighborhoods combine acquisition costs that are low relative to rental income with proximity to Druid Hill Park, Penn Station and the city's major redevelopments.
